Responding to the interest of many of the two society's members and attendees, this year there will be a joint meeting of ICAAC and IDSA. The Joint Program Committee has determined the Scientific Categories of the 2008 program with representatives from both organizations appointed in every category. Grants and Awards are expected to be presented as usual by each organization.
The joint meeting of ICAAC and IDSA will be an exciting event and an excellent opportunity for interaction with and sharing of work with colleagues in the Infectious Diseases community.
