20th Annual DIA EuroMeeting

DIA's 20th Annual EuroMeeting is global in scope, attracting more than 3,000 industry professionals from over 50 countries.
The 2008 EuroMeeting has been developed with the input of a large group of dedicated and highly qualified theme leaders and advisors. Experience from previous EuroMeetings has shown that joint sessions, especially those featuring speakers from different disciplines, attract a large, diverse audience and promote broader discussion and a fuller understanding of the topics presented. This multidisciplinary approach more closely reflects the situation in our daily working lives, where both the development of medicinal products and the assessment of pharmaceutical dossiers have become team efforts.
The concept of multidisciplinary sessions is reflected across all themes, each of which focuses on a pivotal aspect of health care or drug development. Sessions will typically review and investigate, for instance, related clinical, regulatory, non-clinical, quality, and pharmacovigilance topics within a theme. The result will be multiple opportunities to share the views of experts with diverse backgrounds.
